About Us

The Island View II Home Owners Association is constituted as a Home Owners Association in terms of Section 29(1) of LUPO in accordance with the conditions imposed by the local authority when approving the subdivision of Erf 1387 Blaauwbergstrand in terms of Sections 29 and 42 of LUPO, whereby the owner of each subdivided portion of the immovable property comprising the development and all successors in title shall be members of a Homeowners Association in terms of the development.
